Interior design project designed by our decoration studio and photographed by Belén Imaz. Published in the magazine Elle Decor. A house that surprises due to it's size, with signorial proportions, historicist elements and natural lighting. This luxury house is located in one of the best neighborhoods in Madrid. It contains poetic spaces while maintaining a direct contact with art, design and functionality along all rooms. It is a centenary house with a clear french influence on its facade where we maintained the materials from the cladding and the interior carpentry.
A perfect starting point for our interior designer team that could develop a project worthy of a great art collector. For that we broke with the neoclassicism from the moldings and columns with decorated chapiters, with a selection of perfectly chosen contemporary furniture pieces. We combined classic and contemporary in a house perfectly interconnected and flooded with art pieces.
For the dining we used pieces from aux Puces from Paris like their dining table made in solid wood combined with the Dsw. chairs. Above this set we used a sputnik model lamp from Ikb191.The crowning jewel is the pair of armchairs with footstool designed by Vladimir Kagan that flank a sideboard from the 50's in rosewood.
Throughout the house, you'll be able to find international design furniture pieces like the recognised Patroclo lamp designed by Gae Aulenti, a center table designed by Fredrickson Stallard, italian table lamps, murano glass vases or sideboards from Italy made out of wood. You can find all these pieces in our online catalogue.
